Notes:

  • To register a tournament with Archery Canada, clubs MUST be members of their provincial/territorial association (and thereby members with Archery Canada).
  • There is no such thing as a 'Double 720', so if you wish to hold 2 720s in one day, they must be registered in the ianseo system as 2 different tournaments, there is no additional cost.
  • To verify that your tournament is registered for Canadian Records, check the Archery Canada Calendar on the AC Website Homepage.
  • To verify that your tournament is registered for World Records , check the World Archery Canlendar on the WA Website Events Page - click on More Filters/Americas/Canada.

Reporting:

  • All tournament forms used by the judges including scorecards should be retained for 30 days, after which they may be destroyed.

To register a tournament all information must be entered into the Archery Canada Membership/Results/Ranking Database for approval and invoicing by Archery Canada. Results must be reported using the same system by the user immediately after the event. Instructions can be found on the AC Webpage/FAQs. Except for the Regional Indoor and MICA Tournaments which will be reported using their Excel sheets.
