Aaron Bull elected to WAA Medical & Sport Science Committee
OTTAWA, ON – Archery Canada is happy to announce that Aaron Bull, President of Archery Canada, has been elected to serve on the World Archery Americas Medical & Sport Science Committee. The elections took place on November 25th during the General Assembly in Santiago, Chile.
Elections were also held for the positions of vice president, board members and various committees of the organization. Mr. Bull was elected to the committee alongside Carlos Hermes (Guatemala), who will serve as Chairman, and Lina Orrego (Colombia). He will sit on the committee until 2026.
This is a great movement towards advancing the involvement of Canada in international archery at an organizational and governance level. Not only did elections happen, eleven motions were approved and events were allocated for next year and into the beginning of 2024.
