Call for Interest to host the Selection Trials for the 2022 3D World Championships Team

Archery Canada is now accepting bids from interested and qualified clubs who would be available to host the Selection Trials for the 2022 3D World Championships team. The date for this event is scheduled for early June, but an exact date can be determined with the club. All bids will be considered.

Facility Requirements

The venue must be able to hold two 24-target courses, that will follow World Archery shooting rules with 2 arrows per target. They should be able accommodate short and long distances, up to a maximum of 50 yard and some small animals will require 2 targets. Additionally, the venue should be able to accommodate a practice range, that is available throughout the competition for archers who are not competing at a specific time, to practice.

The rules and guidelines for Field of Play set up are to follow those set out in the Archery Canada Rule Book 2 Section AC 4.5.

Interested Clubs

Any Interested Club should outline their Field of Play, Venue Specification, distance to the airport and hotel options that are available within their city.
