Archery Canada is accepting applications for one volunteer member to join the Recurve Technical Advisory Group (TAG). The TAG, reporting to the High-Performance Manager (HPM), holds a crucial role in offering advice and operational support to enhance the Recurve Target Archery Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to developing the National Team Selection Policy and criteria.
• Execute policies and programs for the Archery Canada Recurve Target National Team.
• Develop programs aligned with the High-Performance Manager’s goals.
• Conduct an annual evaluation on the progress of program goals.
• Collaborate with Archery Canada committees on mutual concerns.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by the HPM.

Appointments are made by the High-Performance Manager, sanctioned by the Board of Directors. Meetings, scheduled by the HPM, occur through various channels, and the TAG provides written reports to the HPM at each meeting, ensuring timely preparation of selection policies for the Board of Directors.
