Short biography:

I was born and raised in a big family on a small country farm in the West Kootenays of British Columbia, Williams Lake. BC has been my home for the last 22 years and is where I met my partner Jane. Recently, I have retired from a 30 plus career in Forestry working for the British Columbia Provincial Government. I started competing in the instinctive class at the 3D Canadian National Championships in 2012. Since then I have won 13 Golds and 1 Silver combined in the Indoor and Outdoor events. A mixture of archery and the outdoors has always been a big part of my life.

Biggest Accomplishment:

Selected for the Canadian National Team 5 Consecutive times. Competing at World Championships the first 4 times in the instinctive class. Then competing in the longbow class at the upcoming 2022 event which will be the fifth World Championship.

Hobbies Outside of Sport:

Flyfishing, Icefishing, Hunting, Motorcycle Adventure Touring

International Results:

5th place – 2013 World Championship in Sassari Italy

11th place – 2015 3D Championship in Terni Itay
6th place – 2017 4D Championship in Robion France
6th Place – 2019 3D Championship in Lac La Biche, Canada
