Marc was a generous volunteer and a prominent figure in the Quebec Region.
Marc Maldague was an extraordinary archer, ambassador and promoter of archery in France
and Canada. His involvement in the sport was boundless. He was French Champion in the ‘70s. Well
respected archery shop owner in the Province of Quebec for more than thirty years. His indoor lanes were the largest in Eastern Canada. A seasoned competition coach for target archery and Ministry trainer for hunter certification, he had written several Canadian and French coaching articles. A true lover of the sport of archery, he passed that passion to his son who carries it on. Our own shooting which started in 2004, is very different, but it has his ‘Mark’ of education and passion remains indelible and inspiring.
