Canadian Field Championships

Field Archery creates a a multi-target course, often through wooded areas, or fields, that has archers complete each target, that is set at varying distances, and incorporates the local terrain into the complexity of the shot. On the international stage, the style of bows use are Compound, Recurve, and Barebow. In Canadian Championships, longbow, Compound Unlimited, Compound Fixed Pins, Hunter and instinctive bow are also contested.

NOTICE: The 2021 Canadian Outdoor Archery Championships have been cancelled in response to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The Championship schedule is as follows:

  • York and Charlottetown, PEI – July 2022
  • Cranbrook and Victoria BC – August 2023
  • Fredericton, New Brunswick, August 2024

Final Dates will be announced shortly.

How to Register

All Archery Canada members in good standing can register for the Canadian Field Championships. To verify that your membership is up to date, please reach out to your Provincial/Territorial Organization, or refer to the I@nseo membership system.

Registration is scheduled to open April 1st 2021. Information on how to register will be made available shortly.
