The 2023 Annual General Meeting of the members of Archery Canada will be held as a virtual conference over the Zoom Video Conferencing network on Tuesday, August 22 at 7:30 PM EST.

The Annual General Meeting is held for the purposes of:

1. receiving and considering the annual report of the President and Committees of the Association, and approving the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting;
2. receiving and considering the financial statements, and the report of the Auditor;
3. appointing of an Auditor;
4. election of the Board of Directors
