About the Coverage

The Archery Canada insurance program provides $5 million in general liability coverage for registered clubs, their officials, volunteers, employees, and members, protecting against claims related to bodily injury, property damage, and participant activities arising from archery operations. Coverage applies to a wide range of sanctioned activities, including practices, tournaments, demonstrations, fundraising events, and introductory programs, and is primary insurance, meaning personal homeowner policies are not impacted. Maintaining active provincial/territorial membership is essential to ensure clubs, volunteers, and participants are protected while delivering safe and responsible archery programming across Canada. Claim processes and forms are available on the Insurance Program page linked above.
