Call for Volunteers – AC Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs)
Archery Canada is seeking volunteers to join its Technical Advisory Groups (TAGs) for the Compound, Paralympic, and Recurve disciplines. These groups play a vital role in supporting Archery Canada’s High-Performance Program by providing technical expertise, strategic input, and operational support to strengthen athlete and program development across Canada.
Volunteers should have experience as an athlete and/or coach within the discipline, and be able to provide technical guidance and support to the TAG. Coach applicants may be asked to serve as support staff at National Team events, where budget and team objectives align.
Each TAG will report to the High-Performance Manager (HPM) and work collaboratively to ensure alignment with Archery Canada’s high-performance goals.
Available Positions
- Compound TAG – 5 members
- Para TAG – 5 members
- Recurve TAG – 3 members
Term: 2 years

Appointments are made by the High-Performance Manager, with approval from the Board of Directors. Meetings are scheduled by the HPM and may occur virtually or through other channels. TAGs are expected to provide written updates and recommendations to the HPM throughout the year.
