Short Biography:

I started archery in the year 2000 as a fun hobby outside of school. I had always been involved with sports as a child and I wanted to try something different through archery.
My first international team was the Canadian junior team that competed in the Czech Republic Junior World Championships in 2002 where I finished 7th. It is now 17 years later and I have been on the national team (either junior or senior) ever since.

I have competed in numerous World Cups, two indoor World Championships, ten outdoor World Championships, four Pan-American Games, and three Olympics. I also currently hold 24 National Records (combining my junior and senior records).

Off the archery field I am a physics and mathematics high school teacher, which allows me to have the summers off to compete.

Biggest Accomplishment:

My top accomplishments have been medalling at both indoor and outdoor World Cups, individual bronze medal at the 2013 Outdoor World Championships, and gold medals both in team and individual competition at the 2019 Pan-Am Games.

Hobbies outside of Sport:

I really enjoy photography outside of archery and I love taking wildlife photos whenever I can.
