Dennis Franklin Hooey

Dennis was inducted into the Lethbridge Sports Hall of Fame in 2007.

A true outdoors man, long time 3D competitor and volunteer in Alberta, a member of Ducks Unlimited, fisherman, taxidermist, archery retailer, Bowyer, national champion, grandfather and friend to everyone, Dennis was an icon in southern Alberta.

Dennis was an avid archer and bowhunter. From a young age, he became very proficient with a bow. He taught many people how to shoot.He was very proud of the Canadian Championship medals that he won.
He volunteered his time with the Lethbridge Bowbenders Archery Club and with the Lethbridge Fish and
Game Association. He was inducted into the Lethbridge Sports Hall of Fame in 2007. He was also a fisherman, taxidermist, archery retailer, and bowyer. He was a supporter of Ducks Unlimited. He loved to spend time with his family and friends who will miss him forever.
