Janice has been involved in archery for nearly 20 years and is a former national-level athlete. She is a Certified Competition Development Coach and a trained Master Coach Developer. Janice currently serves as Chair of Archery Canada’s Coaching Committee and is the owner of XQuest Archery. Among her proudest achievements are winning a silver medal in Women’s 21+ Recurve at the MICA and setting four national records in Masters Women Recurve within a single year.
