Karen Van Nest

Short Biography:

I first started in High Performance Sport as a Pistol shooter in 1998. I rowed on the National team for 3 years from 2004/06. Our Coxed 4 boat won a Silver medal at the 2006 World Champs in Eaton, England. I’m currently enjoying my time competing in Archery. I’ve competed at 6 Paralympic games (Sydney, Athens, Beijing, London, Rio, and Tokyo).

Biggest Accomplishment:

Silver at the 2015 Para Pan Am Games, 5th at 2018 World Championships

Hobbies outside of Sport:

Scrapbooking/Card making & driftwood art.
