Tania Edwards

Short Biography:

I am an archery mom turned archer in 2015. Proud mom of Hayden and Hunter, and two sassy pugs. Formerly swam as an age-group swimmer and then as a master. Attended the 2006 FINA Masters World Championships in Palo Alto, CA. My passion for sport has always been a huge part of my life in one form or another, from athlete to administration to volunteer and back again. I try to live by Wayne Gretzky’s famous words, ‘You miss 100% of the shots you don’t take’.

Biggest Accomplishment:

In archery – qualifying for the 2019 World Championships in just four short years of shooting. In life – still lots to come!

Favorite Hobby other than sport:

Anything artistic or creative, and spending time at my cottage.

International Results:

Team Bronze Medal, Pan Am Games Qualifying Event, 2019

6th Place, Pan Am Games Qualifying Event, 2019

17th Place, Pan American Championship World Ranking Event, 2018
