2021 Hyundai World Archery Championships Canadian Team Announced

OTTAWA, ON – Archery Canada is pleased to announce the archers that will be representing Canada in the recurve and compound competitions at the 2021 Hyundai World Archery Championships in Yankton, South Dakota. The event will take place from September 19-26, 2021.
The women’s recurve team will consist of:
- Stephanie Barrett (Mississauga, ON)
- Virginie Chenier (Laval, QC)
- Tania Edwards (Aurora, ON)
The men’s recurve team will consist of:
- Andrew Azores (Mississauga, ON)
- Eric Peters (Ottawa, ON)
- Brandon Xuereb (Toronto, ON)
The recurve team will be supported by Alan Brahmst and Shawn Riggs.
The women’s compound team will consist of:
- Fiona McClean (Belle River, ON)
The men’s compound team will consist of:
- Jamie Brehaut (Lethbridge, AB)
- Andrew Fagan (Baltimore, ON)
- Chris Perkins (Athens, ON)
The compound team will be supported by Sean McKenty and Sonia Schina.
Event schedule:
- September 20 – Official practice
- September 21 – Qualification round
- September 22 – Team, mixed team eliminations
- September 23 – Team, mixed team, and individual eliminations
- September 24 – Individual eliminations and team finals
- September 25 – Compound finals (individual & mixed team)
- September 26 – Recurve finals (individual & mixed team)
