Archery Canada is the National Sport Organization responsible for the promotion and development of the timeless sport of archery in a safe and ethical manner. Archery Canada supports the achievement of high performance excellence in archery in all categories and the development of a national archery infrastructure to promote archery participation across Canada in cooperation with the Provincial/Territorial Archery Associations. We are currently seeking a summer Program Assistant.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Program Assistant, funded under the Canada Summer Jobs Grant, must be between 15 and 30 years of age, and will be based out of the Archery Canada office in Ottawa. The Assistant will be responsible for providing support to the Program Coordinator and the Executive Director in the management and implementation of all high performance, development and marketing/communications programs at Archery Canada. The Program Assistant will have the opportunity to gain valuable, practical experience within a Canadian National Sport Organization and to develop skills for a career in the field of sport management.
