Membership Logon Information for Provincial Chairs

Archery Canada will issue access for Provinces once a person is authourized by that Province.

To enter a new club:
1. Choose the heading club
2. from the menu click on new club
3. Fill in all areas hi-lighted in yellow :
· club id (use the current number if it is problematic try putting the provincial designation first. Eg club #18 entered as ON18.
· Click save (sometimes I have gone through this twice).
· Fill in Club name / short name / dates of registration
· Check the box to indicate the club is active
4. Click on the region & choose the correct province from the dropdown list. It is important to enter the region/province if no choice is made the default is AC Archery Canada, and you cannot go back in later and edit this error out
5. Fill in club information regarding address and contacts if you wish
6. click save
To enter a new member (archer):
1. Choose the heading archers – Mandatory fields are outlined in red
2. from the menu click on new archer
3. Fill in all areas hi-lighted in yellow :
· In archer id use the provincial letters & the number you want to assign to your new archer. Do not put the cursor over “get new id” or a number will be generated by IANSEO
· If IANSEO will not let you use the number you have chosen it means that the number already exists in the system; & you must use another number
· Fill in archer name/dob/registration dates/club – The minimum required data is ID, Family Name, Given Name, Date of Birth, Gender and Club.
· Click on club & choose the correct province from the dropdown list. It is important to enter the club name if no choice is made the default is AC Archery Canada, and you cannot go back in later and edit this error out
· Indicate the the archer is “active” or “inactive”
4. Fill in archer information regarding: address/email/phone/Birthdate (note Birthdate is required, if you do not have a birthdate for the archer enter 1900/01/01, this is the default and will be easy for us all to find. note 2: judging & coaching will eventually be updated by the Coaching and Judging Committees, so they are not available now.
5. click save
· If a correction or update is required to an individual or club
Use list of all archers or all clubs, then
1. Use club list or archer list
2. highlight the ID#
3. click on club ID
4. click on “edit”
5. make changes
6. click on “save”
or, Use look-up the archer or club by name
1. choose “search club” or “search archer”
2. Type in ID# or name or partial name
3. highlight correct choice
4. click on “edit”
5. make changes
6. click on “save”
· When entering information regarding Provincial Associations and Clubs:
If you want the information available to be viewed
1. enter all information (eg: OAA)
2. click save
3. highlight the “O” icon (gray circle w/ vertical line thru middle) to green
4. click on “save”
5. when the icon is green information will be displayed in the “club list” or on the “regions list”
· If you want to look (or edit) at the list of archers or clubs for one province/region only:
1. choose search club
2. choose club region eg ON
3. click on “search”

Coaching and Judging:
Judging & Coaching modules are for future use, they will eventually be updated by the Coaching and Judging Committees, so they are not available now.
Further notes:
– Entries cannot be deleted – instead we suggest you overwrite the data with another entry (provided nothing has been assigned to that entry yet).
– Or (safest) is to set the 'inactive' flag on the entry and it will not show anywhere.
