Registration Fees: $120 per archer
The field will be open to 24 men and 16 women where it will then be capped to 12 men and 8 women based on athlete ranking after day 1, Saturday. Athletes are encouraged to register for the camp, but if capacity is reached, priority will be given based on the Archery Canada Ranking list as of August 25th 2023.

- Be a Canadian citizen.
- Have a valid Canadian passport that does not expire on or before May 5, 2024.
- Be in compliance with all relevant World Archery and PASO requirements for eligibility.
- Sign, submit, and comply with the COC Athlete Agreement and Organising Committee (OCOG) Conditions of Participation form (Eligibility Conditions form for Pan Am Games) no later than September 15, 2023. Where the athlete is under the age of 19 years, the parent or guardian must also sign these agreements.
- Be a member in good standing of Archery Canada
- Compliance with vaccination requirements and policies of the of the NSO, COC, World Archery, [Pan Am Sports] and the host country of the event (if applicable)
Please note: the Canadian Olympic Committee is currently estimating funding for 3 male athletes and 1 female athlete for the Olympic Recurve program to compete at the 2023 Pan American Games. As per the INP terms, any non-funded athletes may be responsible to cover their own costs if nominated and/or selected.
