Archery Canada will be holding a selection camp to select athletes to compete in the Senior Recurve Women’s division at the Pan Am Championships & Olympic Continental Qualification tournament in Monterrey Mexico, as outlined in the published selection addendum: https://archerycanada.ca/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/PAC-Selection-Addendum-Final-Nov.-2020.pdf

The selection camp will be used to assess the athletes’ performance and preparedness for major competition.  

The camp will contain components designed to simulate the following three types of competition:

• Ranking Round (720)
• Individual Matches
• Team Round Competition

Archery Canada may select up to 4 athletes to compete in the Senior Women’s Recurve division, with only 3 to be selected for the Olympic Qualification tournament.  

A detailed schedule for the selection camp will be made available closer to the competition date.

Selection Camp Details:

Dates: Feb. 23-24th 2020

• Feb. 22, 2020 Practice available at an additional cost
• Feb. 23, 2020 12:00pm – 4:00pm
• Feb. 24, 2020 9:00am – 3:00pm

Cost:

$85 (covers a sandwich lunch each day at the venue)

Other:

Travel, Accommodation, Food & Insurance is the responsibility of each athlete
