Archery Canada announces the retirement of Scott Ogilvie, Executive Director for the past 8 years, effective 31 March, 2017. President Al Wills, praised Scott when making the announcement, ‘We are sorry to see Scott leave us, but are excited for his retirement. Scott has become Archery Canada for us; he is an integral part of all we do. He has led us through some challenging times and managed our transition to a well-functioning, well-managed and efficient sport organization. We wish Scott all the best as he steps back from the day-to-day work in sport, in which he has dedicated much of his working life. Archery Canada will miss Scott, but are looking forward to continuing his legacy.”

Scott Ogilvie stated: “It has been a tremendous honour and pleasure to have worked for and with Archery Canada over the past 8 years.  I have been fortunate to have worked alongside incredibly committed and supportive volunteers, staff, athletes, coaches and officials.  I wish them well and all the best for the future. Lastly, I wish Archery Canada every success as it continues to build-on its focus and commitment to being athlete-centred and excellence-driven in all respects. The future looks bright! Thank you!”
