Archery Canada is soliciting applications for volunteer Coaches and Team Managers to make up the annual leadership group for Para-Archery national team programs. To achieve sustained competitive excellence and develop our para-archery program, Archery Canada will depend on the efforts of coaches and manager volunteers for the program activities held and attended annually. This process has been set out to seek interested individuals who can be identified and selected to serve in coach & manager positions to national squad events, as well as to serve as program technical advisors, and lead specific development opportunities. The following would be the principal activities: 

• Training Camp – Fall 2023 – Dates TBD – Approximately 4-5 days
• Paralympics 2024 – Last Chance Qualifier – Dubai 2024 – TBD
• Paralympic Games – Paris, August 2024
• Other Training Camps and Para World Ranking Events as identified
• Consulting with Program Manager 1-2 hours per month
