Archery Canada is soliciting for volunteer Coaches and Team Managers to make up the annual leadership group for Para Archery national team programs. To achieve sustained competitive excellence and develop our para archery program, Archery Canada will depend on the efforts of coaches and manager volunteers for the program activities held and attended annually. This process has been set out as an interim process for the 2022/23 season to seek interested individuals who can be identified and selected to serve in coach & manager positions to national squad Events as well as to serve as program technical advisors, and lead specific development opportunities. The following would be the principal activities:

• Training Camp – September TBC – Approximately 4-5 days
• Para Pan American Championships – Santiago, Chile November 21 – 27, 2022
• Training Camp – February TBC – Approximately 4-5 days
• Consulting with Program Manager 1-2 hours per month
